The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings in the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 to 8 people, 40m from the sea with heating private outdoor pool. Outside swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters) with hydro massage for two. The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 35m² and pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. 6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms and there is a possibility of 2 additional people to sleep in the living room on a pull out sofa bed. The house is located in Seget Vranjica which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km. Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 4. You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 30 km away. Notice: quest turnovers are only on Saturdays. Minimal booking is 7 days.

Changeover day
Changeover day are only on Saturdays. Minimal booking is 7 days. Check-in after 2pm. Check-out until 10am.

2 bicycles are provided to use for free, mooring for your boat in front of the house can also be provided.

Private outdoor pool (8x4 metres), depth is from 1 – 1.5m (suitable for children and non experienced swimmers), the pool also has a hydro massage bench for two people. Pool heating from 1 April to 22 May and from 18 September to 01 November. Water temperature is increased for 4-5°C or more in depedence of outside temperature and weather conditions. The property has a big terrace 35sq.m and pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. Suitable for children.Pool furniture includes: 4 sunbeds, sunshades, outside shower. Outside barbeque, 2 parking spaces in shade in the courtyard.

Fantastischer Urlaub in herrlicher Villa mit Pool!
Wir haben in dieser wunderbaren Ferien-villa mit beheiztemPool und einem grandiosen Panoramablick über die gesamte Bucht von Trogir mit seinen zahlreichen kleinen Inseln einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das allein-stehende Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz bietet ausreichend Platz für die ganzeFamilie. Die ausgezeichnete Villa, die komfortableAusstattung und der höffliche Empfang durch die Besitzer haben dazubeigesteuert das wir uns auf Anhieb super wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr freundlich war auch das die Besitzer zum Empfang eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen bereit gestellt hatten. Vom leckeren Rotwein haben mein Mann und ich später auf der überdachten Terrasse in gemütlicher Abendstimmung bei einem lauen Lüftchen gekostet.
