Notes on accommodation
Baby friendly with baby bottle steriliser, baby chair/bouncer, changing mat, UV sun tent, baby trainer seat for the pool, highchair, travel cot, stairgate and baby monitor are all available free of charge. Child friendly with children's play area, lots of pool toys, childrens bowls, cups, cutlery, lots of children's films and books. Iron and ironing board provided. Private parking. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. No pets allowed in the property.
Outside
The upper sun terrace has a private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) with Roman steps and provides a vast amount of space for soaking up the sun and lounging around the pool. The pool and terrace has the sun all day.
To escape the sun there is a covered terrace with L-shaped outside sofa and coffee table.
Steps from the upper terrace take you down to the lower terrace. This walled and private courtyard (which is also accessible from both bedrooms) provides some peace and quiet away from the pool area.
To the rear of the upper terrace there is a large kids area with tree swing, hanging chair, ladder and stepping stones (logs).
Sun loungers are provided and there is a large outside table and chairs and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
20 minute drive to Umag, Novigrad and Porec (all with beaches).
Travel
Pula (Ryanair) 45 minute drive. Trieste (Ryanair) 60 minute drive. Rijeka (Ryanair) 120 minute drive. Venice Treviso (Ryanair) 120 minute drive. Venice Marco Polo (Ryanair) 120 minute drive. Jet2 also fly from Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester to Venice and Pula.

Further details
The local hilltop town of Buje has a supermarket, bakers, butchers, bank, internet cafe, bars and restaurants and this is a short drive away.
There are open air farmers markets in Porec and Rovinj. Fresh fruit, vegetables, olive oil, honey and much more are available at these markets. Biking and walking trails are nearby.
Booking notes
The availability calender is up to date. A non refundable 30% deposit of the total rental booking. The balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking to be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents. The property should also be left clean and tidy. You should arrange your own cancellation insurance.
