The apartment is situated in an 18th century building on a quiet, cobbled pedestrian only street just off Carera, the main shopping street of Rovinj, and is therefore extremely conveniently located for the town's shops, bars and restaurants. It has been recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout whilst retaining traditional character with exposed beams and an iron cast spiral staircase. All of the fixtures and fittings are new and the flat is air-conditioned. The apartment sleeps four adults comfortably in two double bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a quiet garden (shared with the other four flats in the building) at the rear of the property including two traditional wells and stone terrace. The property includes ample storage space for bicycles if required. Also included is a utility room with a washing machine.

Outside
The apartment has access to a large garden. This is shared with the four other apartments in the building.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is no more than 5 minutes walk from the flat. The beaches of the Punto Corrente park are a 15 min walk. The taxi boats to Red Island (Crveni Otok) and Katarina Island are from the small pier that is a 2 min walk from the apartment.
Golf
Golf can be played on the island of Brioni. This is a 45 min drive/boat trip away.
Travel
The nearest airport is in Pula (38km from Rovinj, just 25 mins by car). Ryanair fly from London Stansted direct. Other options to Pula in the summer season include Thompson flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Luton or Birmingham (it is worth checking with other operators as new options become available). An alternative would be to fly to Venice and then take the Venice-Rovinj direct fast boat (2 hours 30 mins) or fly with Ryanair to Trieste in Italy (95km from Rovinj, 1 hour 30 mins by car).
Distances
95km to Trieste, 38km to Pula, 20km to Porec, 40km to Umag, 20km to Fazana for boats to the The Brioni Islands.
