The house is surrounded by the wonderful nature, Mediterranean trees, and as well as you have extremely beautiful sea-view at Elaphite islands. Villa Briliant Sunset has a great position in terms of being close, within 5-10 mins walking distance, to: supermarkets, the post office, the banks, bus stations, the shopping centres, the restaurants, the main bus station (bus to the airport), the harbor, marine (where many yachts are located), cafe bars, fish market, etc. Also, our guests have a big free private parking ,the separate entrance into the house, big terraces and balconies where they can enjoy the fresh air,an outstanding view, and a high quality of service as well as friendliness of our staff! All the prices are expressed per night per person. Also, we offer 5% discounts if you are staying 10 nights or more! In the case you are staying just one night, we charge 20% more or above the regular price.
Accommodation

| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen; the dining table for 6 persons. You have the sea-view from the kitchen. The equipment in kitchen: cooker, fridge, oven, sink, work surface, toaster, kettle, the coffee machine, supplies the variety of dishes, etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Extremely (the size is 45 m ²) comfortable living room is included as a part of apartment where you have an outstanding view at Elaphite islands! The living room contains two sofas (double and single one), two armchairs, TV, table, and dining room. |
| Other: | Villa Sunset contains 2 flats. If you wish to rent one or both flats for yourself, please let me know in the enquiries. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The cleaning service is done three times per week. The bathrooms are cleaned everyday. The towels and linen are included in the service and are changed during the cleaning of property. The towels and linen are also provided upon the guest’s request. |
Notes on accommodation
Suite Afrodita (8 persons). Suite Afrodita is an extremely spacious apartment (120sqm) with an excellent sea-view at Elaphite islands and almost entire Dubrovnik! The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (2 king size, 2 single and twin beds), lounge areas (TV, sofa, tables, armchairs, etc.), bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. Also, you can relax at the spacious terraces or balconies and enjoy the surrounding nature of Mediterranean trees and an extraordinary sea-view! In the case you are coming by the car, there is a private parking space.
Divina is an extremely comfortable (120sqm) and large suite with 3 bedrooms (3 king size beds which are equipped within interesting combination of antique and modern furniture), bathrooms (with washing machine, bath tub and massage shower etc) and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen connected with the lounge area. Almost all the rooms have the exit to the balconies and the terraces as well as outstanding sea-views.
Accessibility
The approach to Villa is extremely accessible if you have the car. The house is immediately accessible from the road.
If you do not have car, there are three bus stops very near to the Villa (within the walking distance 3 - 5 minutes). The buses are going approximately every 5 -10 minutes in every area of town Dubrovnik and the buses are direct ones.
Outside
The surrounding environment of Mediterranean trees gives the charm or the harmony of serenity to villa Brilliant Sunset. Our guests can completely relax by being surrounded by this wonderful nature and by having a spending sea view at Elaphite islands. There are 2 spacious terraces, built of stone and in renaissance style, where our guests can enjoy the serenity of a moment while not being disturbed by anyone.

the main transport centers ( the main bus station and the main port), shopping centers, 3 bus stations which are only 3-5 around the villa,grocery shops,bakeries, post office, banks,
car and scooter rental agencies,travel agencies,
department stores fast food, etc.
The Old Town- 5-10 minutes of distance.
The taxi ranks - 3 minutes.
Further details
Villa Brilliant Sunset is situated near 2 castles which are built in a renaissance and gothic style. Also, the villa is approximately 7 minutes of walking distance to the nearest pebbly beach which is among the cleanest beaches in Dubrovnik because of the river that flows through the sea and purifies it. If you whish to visit the famous Elaphite islands, you can take the boat by walking 5 minutes from our house to the harbour. The price for the boat ticket is approximately 15 kuna or 2 euros and the boat goes as well as returns an every hour. If you are going to the airport Cilipi, you can take the bus ( the ticket -35 kuna or 5 euros )from the main bus station which is only 3-5 minutes from the villa. It is more recommended to take the bus from the main bus station than to take a taxi which costs approximately 250 – 300 kuna from Dubrovnik to the airport Cilipi.
