Changeover day
Departure time 11am and arrival 4pm. Please contact us shortly on email provided or send sms text message day or two prior arrival to confirm time.
| Bedrooms: | Upstairs there are bedrooms with private bathrooms. Twin beds are located on the first floor. Second bedroom overlooking the bay features double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | There is WC located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet. 2nd floor features double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet as well. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen with stone work top done in traditional custom made style features cooker, oven, fridge, hob, toaster, microwave and all equipment required for the either short or long term stay. There is a small freezer located in the small storage. |
| Living Rooms: | Ground floor consists of lounge living room equipped with LCD, satellite, DVD. Dining area is located on the ground floor featuring teak wooden table suitable for six guests with additional garden entrance. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen is included in the price. Cleaning provided prior each arrival and after departure. |
Notes on accommodation
House is equipped with A/C and heating and cooling is provided. House is suitable for friends travelling together, couples, families.
Outside
Garden consists of covered area with table and chairs suitable for enjoying the outside meals during your stay. There are few deck chairs available for sunbathing. Small barbecue area is close by available for your evening grill. Garden evening lights create special atmosphere for your guaranteed enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
House is located almost at the seafront. Distance to the sea is 20 meters and the beach for having morning or evening swim is located 30 seconds by foot right behind the old monastery.
Travel
Airport is few km away from the town of Cavtat. It means 5 minutes drive with the car. Car rental available in the town centre. In addition, all amenities are close by so you may not need car at all.
Distances
Dubrovnik is located 20 minutes drive further north. It is also available to reach Dubrovnik by local bus no# 10 which leaves from Cavtat main bus station. In addition, you may take a boat ride from the Cavtat promenade not far away from the house and enjoy 30 minutes boat ride along the Adriatic coastline.
Further details
Cavtat is a small well preserved typical southern town of Croatia or let's call it a small village. It has approx. 2000 inhabitants. House is located right on the sea promenade where everything is located - restaurants, bars, small market, newspaper shops, bank, ATM machines. There are local bakeries that you may visit and try some of the local pastry for breakfast.
Boat rides are available on Cavtat promenade if you wish to explore part of the Adriatic coastline or you may take a side trip to most southern tip of Croatia called Konavle where you may find still preserved local traditional way of living. Trip to Dubrovnik is of course highly recommended but Cavtat house will always be your "get away" at the end of the day
