New luxury apartment with balcony in Dramalj, 3km from Crikvenica. The apartment offers beautiful views overlooking the Adriatic coastline and the island of Krk with the Kvarner highland mountains beyond. The apartment is approximately 250m from the sea and a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, ATM and restaurants. Dramalj is a small tourist destination situated in one of the most attractive areas of Kvarner bay. It is connected with Crikvenica, one of the oldest and most popular family tourist destinations in Croatia, by a coastal promenade dotted with many restaurants and bars. Crikvenica boasts 'blue flag' beaches with numerous water sports facilities. Nearby Kacjak peninsula 1.5km is a favourite beach for tourists.

Changeover day
Saturdays preferred but can be flexible. Access to apartment not before 2.00pm and vacate by 10.00am please.

Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels provided (not for beach use). Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned/bed linen changed prior to arrival and on vacation. |

Accessibility
Access to the apartment is via 2 short flights of stairs with handrails to assist. The parking position is immediately outside of the building next to the stairs. Although the sea is close by, the steps leading down are quite steep.
Outside
The balcony has outdoor tables and chairs with an outside light.
Coast/Beach
The sea is approximately 250m from the apartment and is reached via steps/pathways leading to numerous small inlets, jetties and picturesque harbours. These are all used for swimming but may be considered unsuitable for children/lesser able persons. However, Crikvenicas 'blue flag' beaches with parking areas are suitable for all ages.
During the holiday season a wheeled 'tourist train' runs regularly along the promenade from Kacjak peninsula through Dramalj onto Crikvenica.
Skiing
There are ski resorts and facilities inland at Delnice, 30 minutes by car.
Travel
Dramalj is accessed by low cost flights from Pula 90km. Trieste 100km. Lubljana 80km and by Croatia Airlines to Krk island (Rijeka airport) only 20km away. Car hire is recommended and available at all airports but it is best to book in advance.
There is an excellent motorway/'A' road system linking all airports to Crikvenica and the Kvarner region.
Distances
Dramalj is within comfortable driving distance of Rijeka 30km, Opatija 40km, the Julien Alps and lake Bled 130km, the world heritage site of Plitvice lakes 100km, and Pula 70km) from where day trips to venice are available by hydrofoil.

A deposit will be required of 20% to secure the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure.
