The spacious lounge also leads to the stone-paved terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is dining area. Offers a relaxing place close to many attractions and conveniences: 3 minutes walk to the neighborhood grocery; 5 minutes walk to the Yacht Club Orsan, 5 minutes the other way to small boat piers for refreshing swimming, 5 minutes to the start of the harbour walk around the Lapad/Babin Kuk Peninsula, along which lies the beautiful Copacabana beach; 10 minutes walk to bus stops; 15 minutes walk to Lapad centre shops and restaurants; 20 minutes walk to Gruz Harbour shops, markets and restaurants; 30 minutes walk to the Lapad Bay beaches and resort hotels. Allow 1 hour to walk to Dubrovnik Old Town, or take the buses. Across Gruz Harbour from the Jadrolinija Ferry Port and the main bus terminal.

Accessibility
There are about 10 stairs to climb to get to the entrance of the house, so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
There is a large terrace, which has just been paved into stone. The garden furniture is brand new.
Coast/Beach
The footpath by the sea leads straight from the apartment to popular Copacabana beach. Lapad beaches are also only 20 minute lovely walk away. Beaches in Dubrovnik are pebbly. For sandy beach, visit Lopud island, the beach Sunj!
Travel
Cilipi airport is 18km away. We arrange airport transfers for our guests and also recommend car hire agent.
Distances
Sanctuary is in the quiet part of Lapad area of Dubrovnik. It would take one hour to walk into the Old Town, but it is only 5-10 min bus ride away.
Booking notes
We require 30% of the total booking to be paid to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is payable 3 weeks prior to arrival.
