Whether you wish to explore the Dalmatian Coast, the island of Ciovo (linked to the mainland by road bridge) or spend your time meandering through the narrow streets of historic Trogir this apartment offers you an ideal base. With high standard of fixtures and fittings tree covered hills to the rear and unmatched sea views to the front, our apartment will offer you a relaxing haven and easy base from which to explore the island, its bars, beaches and restaurants. From mid-June to mid-Sept regular water taxis can ferry you to Split. As well as the main beach you will also find other more secluded beaches a short drive away around the island. Easyjet, Jet2 and Croatia Airlines fly to Split Airport 10km away and Ryanair flies to Zadar which is just 1 hour and 30 minutes away on Croatia's superb motorway network. Wizzair and Croatia Airlines fly to Zagreb - three and a half hours drive.

Changeover day
We are flexible about arrival and departure days. Usual departure time is 10.30 but we will try to accommodate later departures where this is possible.

Notes on accommodation
Ground floor apartment with entry phone access. Situated in quiet residential area. Allocated parking space. Suitable for children with a fold up bed available for one additional guest. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
Accessibility
Access to the property means it is not suitable for wheelchair users. The development is also situated at the top of a small, steep hill, which may prove difficult if you have poor mobility.

Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to the main family beach with beautiful clear water with numerous small beach bars and water activities. Quiet coves and private beaches are accessible by car around the island. Village of Okrug Gornji is a 10 minute walk away where you will find pharmacy, doctor, supermarket, cash dispenser, bars and restaurants.
Travel
Easyjet and Croatia Airlines fly from Gatwick to Split (10km from the apartment). Jet2 from Newcastle to Split, Ryanair flies from Stansted to Zadar - 1 hour 30 minutes from Trogir on the new motorway network. Local bus service around the island and linking up with services to Split and Sibenik.
Regular and inexpensive network of ferries to the many islands (Brac and Hvar) depart from Split. Water taxis operate regularly from Ciovo to Trogir and Split - a pleasant way to get around.
Distances
UNESCO World Heritage site of Trogir 4km away, where you can meander through the myriad tiny streets offering restaurants, bars and beautiful Venetian influenced architecture or stroll around the local produce and fish markets or relax at waterfront cafe and watch the yachts and cruisers. Krka National Park(wilderness waterfall walkways) 45 minutes. Split - 30 minutes. Ferries to Islands from Split. Ancient site of Salona - Roman Capital of Dalmatia - 25 minutes. Plitvice National Park 2 hours.
