The villa is set over two floors and comprises 5 large bedrooms, including 4 king size double bedrooms and a double bunk room for the kids. There is one large bathroom including bath, shower and WC, a further shower room with WC and another separate WC. The villa benefits from a spacious living area and separate dining room. It has a very large private garden with separate outdoor kitchen with additional BBQ facilities. On the second floor you have a extensive terrace with unimpeded south facing views of the mountains. It is less than 5 minutes from Stari Grad riva with its wide range of cafes and shops. It is under 10 mins walk to the town's most popular swimming area. The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard and come equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, all cooking and kitchen utensils as well as an outdoor BBQ. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 4 children.

Hvar Island can be reached by ferry from Split, Croatia, or Ancona Italy. The villa is located less than 5 mins drive from Stari Grad the islands main ferry port. Cars can be brought across on the ferry.

The villa is located right in the middle of the oldest part of Stari Grad and is less than 300m from restaurants, shops and cafes. It is surrounded by Greek and Roman ruins and Church of historical importance.
