Villa Lux Casa Histria is placed in the very heart of Istra, in a settlement called Zminj, very near to the place known all around the world – Motovun, and it is also very near to the cities Pula, Rovinj and Porec.

Towels, linen and linen change included. Property is cleaned once a week together with weekly linen change. Towels are traditional and unique like those that had been used here long time ago. Please supply your own pool towels. |

And that wouldn't be all…: again for a very favorable price you may enjoy yourselves sailing in a luxurious boat with a skipper. By renting this house you have a chef, a lady's maid, babysitter as well as a guide for all your excursions at your disposal (all of these services are to be paid extra). In a possession of this villa you may also find a small stud-farm with horses you may ride. That would be one more exquisite offer just for you. This whole space is under surveillance of video cameras, so you can watch it from the living room.

In the house yard there is a terrace with roof and with a big space for grill, big rustic table (weight over 3tons), more then one open, sunny terrace, Jacuzzi , with more then one water spout, pool where water may be heated throughout whole year (water temperature around 24°C, but if you wish it to be warmer you have to pay extra), fountain, as well as two priceless sculptures. You may enjoy your view from every part of yard. As we mentioned before, there is a nice stud-farm near the house, and with you may even ride these horses!

Car hire is essential and is widely available locally or at the airport. Pula airport (Ryanair, Flyglobespan, Thompson) 35 mins. Rijeka airport (Easyjet) 1¼ hour. Trieste airport (Ryanair) 1¾ hour (depending on traffic and border crossings). Ljubljana airport (Easyjet) 2 hours. Venice (Easyjet, Ryanair) 3 hours. Venice 2 hours away by high speed ferry from Porec and makes an ideal day trip.
