The villa is in a quiet location but only a few minutes stroll from the buzzing heart of the town, which is wrapped around an inlet in the sea. It is spacious and organised over two floors. A large upper floor terrace looks out over the harbour to the stone built Old Town, which is the oldest in the Adriatic and has many historic buildings and atmospheric alleys. There are many places to eat and drink. There is a pleasant beach a few minutes walk away and other places to swim within walking distance. There are walks from the villa through Mediterranean countryside, offering beautiful views. It is also ideal for cycling. It is easy to get to direct by ferry from Split. The villa is ideally located for exploring other parts of the island, which is famed for its beauty. The villa is ideal for groups because the rooms are organised in three sections each of which has external access.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwashing machine, washing machine, microwave. Table seating 10. Directly accessible from the terrace, which also has a table seating 10.
Living Rooms: Upstairs lounge has TV, lounge and two easy chairs. Large downstairs has two sofas, a table seating 6 and its own kitchen area.
Other: Upstairs terrace is the main living space. There is also a cool downstairs patio area. The villa has a large orchard with pomegranate and other trees.

Travel
Split Airport. Direct ferry from Split to Stari Grad takes 90 minutes and goes four times a day. Split has an exceptionally historic and interesting old town (a World Heritage Site) which is nice to visit enroute. It is also possible to come/go via Dubrovnik.

Distances
Located within historic Stari Grad. 20 minutes' drive to Hvar Town, the capital of the island. Other attractive towns, villages and beaches within easy reach by car, public transport, cycle or foot.

Further details
Stari Grad has a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a bank. It has a fish market selling local catch. Boats, cycles, and scooters can all be easily hired.
