Villa Miriana is located in the former fishing village of Rabac, known today as "the Pearl of the Kvarner bay". Rabac is 25 miles distant from Pula, with direct Ryanair flights from London Stansted. Rabac offers wonderful beaches, restaurants with local Istrian cuisine and various sporting activities (tennis, mini-golf, beach-volley, diving, snorkeling, paragliding, water skiing). The beautiful amphitheatre in Pula and the National Park of Brijuni (with Golf facilities) are both within an hour distance of Rabac. Venice can be reached from Rabac via a speed boat too!

Any additional person - £9 per day. Prices include all utility bills and final cleaning. Heating (if needed) = £7 per day
For a stay shorter than 3 days there is supplement 30% (only from May - September).
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during the months of June, July and August. We are flexible during the other months.

3 bedrooms (all with double beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath, the other one with shower), kitchen, side balcony, side garden (with barbecue) and large front balcony. Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have Satellite TV (Astra), heating but no air-conditioning.
Grocery shops, a bank, the post office, the doctor and pharmacy are all within 0,3 miles distance.
We are open all year and welcome pets.
Accessibility
Regrettably not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Villa Miriana is surrounded by mature gardens with olive and other fruit threes that can be enjoyed by our guests.
Outdoor furniture and a barbecue facility is available (shared between the 2 apartments).
Coast/Beach
Villa Miriana is 0,6 miles distant from the best beaches. Please see the photos of the best beaches on our website.
Beaches are within walking distance although we would recommend to reach the beaches by car in case you are travelling with young children.
Golf
Closest golf course is on the Island of Brioni and distances an hour drive (+ 10 minute boat) from Rabac.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required once the booking is made. Deposit to be paid within 3 days from booking confirmation.
The rest of balance payment is due at the arrival.
No security deposit is required.
Cancellation refunds - Up to 4 weeks before – your 30% deposit will be given back to you with a charge of £25 for costs.
