Housed in a small block of six privately owned and recently constructed apartments in the village of Soline, this modern and bright apartment with a large private terrace provides the perfect base for anyone wishing to simply soak up the sunshine, or the more adventurous wishing to explore the delights of the Dubrovnik Riviera and the surrounding islands.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Please note a minimum of three nights stay is preferred during the low season; and five nights during high season.
Changeover day
Although there is no specific changeover day, we would prefer minimum bookings of three nights in the low season, and five nights in the high season.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom contains a kingsize bed, two bedside tables and two wardrobes providing ample storage space. All bedlinen is provided, as well as a hairdryer in the bedside table. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom, consists of a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, wc. and washing machine. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are also provided. |
| Kitchen: | The well equipped kitchen provides a four ring electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle, cafetiere, cooking utensils and an ample supply of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. |
| Utility Room: | A separate locked store room provides an area for stowing suitcases etc for the duration of your stay. Also stored here is the ironing board, clothes horse, terrace umbrella and stand, and general cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The living/dining room contains a double sofabed; a coffee table; a dining table that seats four; a desk; an LCD TV and a DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, and the apartment is cleaned once every week. |

Accessibility

Coast/Beach
The apartment is 15 minutes walk from local beaches.
Travel
Dubrovnik's Cilipi airport is approximately a fifteen minute drive from the apartment. Additionally, the border with Montenegro is only twenty five minutes away. Car hire is a distinct advantage, as there is so much to see and do, but not absolutely essential as local buses provide a reliable service in and around the Dubrovnik vicinity.
