Villa Soline is a beautiful stone-built property and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The lounge boasts two, double French windows opening onto a capacious terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea, where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the islands, or relax in the shade under the pergola on the smaller terrace, and enjoy the magnificent gardens amid the heady aroma of pine trees. The secluded beach at the bottom of the cliff is accessible only by steps or by boat - but it's well worth the climb to bathe in the crystal clear waters! A short drive takes you to the restaurants, bars and popular beaches of the neighbouring villages or, if you prefer to stay closer to the villa, there is a restaurant just a short walk away. The local bus stops nearby and offers a regular, reliable service into either the villages or to Dubrovnik.

Notes on accommodation
An efficient, central air-conditioning unit is sited on the stairs and electric fans are provided in the bedrooms.
Accessibility
Villa Soline is situated below the road level and is accessed by steps. There is parking available. Car hire is recommended and, if you would prefer, we can arrange this for you - please advise at time of booking. Because this property is only accessible by steps we would not recommend it as suitable for people with restricted mobility.
Outside
The larger terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers and, to the side of the villa, there is a small terrace with an attractive, vine covered pergola - perfect for evening cocktails.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful, secluded beach is accessible only via cliff steps. The popular beaches in the nearby villages of Mlini and Cavtat only a short drive away. Water sports and diving available in Cavtat.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dubrovnik - a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
There is just one major road, the Adriatic Highway, travelling north to south - the airport is about 8km south of the villa and Dubrovnik town centre is approximately 10km to the north.
Further details
The local shops are about 1km away, situated on the Adriatic Highway. There are supermarkets, ATM machines, restaurants and bars all a short drive away. Plenty of entertainment is to be found in the villages and nearby hotels.
Booking notes
After receiving your booking an invoice will be issued for payment of £400 deposit to be paid in GBP into UK bank account. The balance due one month before arrival. You will be met at the airport, and escorted to Villa Soline. Taxi not included in price.
