The stone house is constructed of the same Brac stone from which the White House in Washington is built. It is surrounded with big garden with pine trees. In front of the house/garden is the pedestrian marble side walk which leads from Bol to the famous beach 'Zlatni Rat'. As the house is immersed in pine trees and it is directly on the sea, it is very rare that you have to use air-conditioning as you can always feel the pleasant breeze which comes from the sea. The terrace is comfortable for up to 8 people. Just down the terrace, in the garden, you will find barbecue area with small stone table. There is the place for sunbathing and there are two hammocks in the shade. If it is too hot, you can go down to the beach (directly from the garden) or go inside, turn the air-conditioning on and watch TV. The villa is on the famous marble side walk so there are a lot of beautiful beaches.

Other: A nice terrace overlooks the sea and the mature garden. It has a large dining table and place for 10 people.

Outside
The garden and the house are directly on the shore. There are a lot of pine trees all over the place. In the garden there is a barbecue area and a lot of space for sunbathing. There are sunbathing chairs and hammocks. You can just go down to the beach directly from the property.

Coast/Beach
There are beaches all over the marble side walk. The nearest one is steps from the garden of the property. The next is 10m from it and so on until you come to the most beautiful beach at the Adriatic coast, the famous 'Zlatni Rat', which is 700m from the property. There, you can swim in the crystal clear sea, watch the blue sky and green pine trees. After sunbathing, you can go and sit in a small restaurant which is in the pine woods and eat delicious barbecued meat or fish.

Travel
Brac airport (6km from the house). Cessna flights direct from Split Airport to Brac can be arranged; Split Airport is 45 min away including a 1 hour trip from Supetar to Split Harbour by a ferry and a 20 min trip to the airport. No distances are great on Brac. The roads are excellent.

Distances
There is a 20 min drive to Supetar and all the other villages are minutes away from Bol. Brac is a small island so there are no big distances.

Further details
You can find a lot of things in Bol, bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, pizza bar, open market, supermarkets, open cinema. You can find a lot of bars overlooking Bol harbour and marina so you can drink your coffee and watch the sea.

Booking notes
Email the owner for availability. If available, a booking form and booking conditions will be e-mailed to you. Once signed, an invoice will be sent and, on payment of 30% of the total amount (if you are booking 40 days before the holiday) the booking will be confirmed. Full payment is due if booking is made less than 40 days from the commencement of the holiday. A £250 returnable security deposit is due when balance is paid.
