The apartments are on the ground floor, are equipped and furnished to a very high standard including dishwasher and have large terraces with views to the sea. Brac is a beautiful island & Sutivan is a charming village with cafes, bars and restaurants surrounding the picturesque harbour. The atmosphere is very friendly and the evening sunsets are breathtaking. There is a good open air market & several supermarkets which cater for your daily needs. Eating out is inexpensive and food is of a high quality. The coastal villages, inland fortress towns and mountains clad with olive groves are a joy to explore. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, diving, snorkelling, wind surfing and sailing. You can hire boats or take boat trips to neighbouring islands. There are up to 14 ferries a day to Split where you can explore the quaint alleys of the Diocletian Palace with its unique shops, bars and restaurants.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The apartments are available at 4pm on day arrival and are to be vacated at 10am on day of departure.

56 sq.m. of floor area. 20 sq.m. terrace. The apartment is attractively set out with an open plan living/dining area and kitchen. Double doors from the living area lead out to a very large terrace. The living area has a large leather sofa, occasional armchairs, dining table plus 4 chairs, TV and CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric kettle, cafetiere and a full complement of china, cutlery and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a vanity unit with double doors leading out onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside table and wardrobes. Fully tiled bathroom with WC, hand basin, shower cubicle and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, together with iron/ironing board/clothes airer and hairdryer. Child cot. |

Coast/Beach
To beach 1 min. walk. To resort 3 mins walk. The water is crystal clear. There are lots of water activities, i.e. windsurfing, jet-skis, sea-kayaking, diving, sailing, fishing trips, etc.
Travel
Split airport is a 30 min coach ride to the port of Split where you will pick up a ferry to the port of Supetar on the island of Brac. It is a 45 min crossing. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore what the island has to offer. Sutivan is approx. 6 km from Supetar.
Distances
It is a 3 mn walk to the centre of Sutivan. There is a good bus service to lots of places of interest, including small fishing villages such as Splitska, Postira and also the marina at Milna. If you hire a car go to the highest point on the island - Vidova Gora - to see the breathtaking view of the islands of Hvar, Korcula and Vis.
Further details
There is a very good open air market selling fish, bread, fruit and vegetables and local wine and cheese. There are also several supermarkets for other provisions. Services and amenities in Sutivan: taxi service, boat hire, bike hire, ATM cash dispenser, post office, internet access, tourist office, boat trips, fishing trips, extreme sports, jet skis, diving and tennis tuition available, pedaloes, gymnasium, hairdresser.
