Villa Carinthia is a 3 bedroom detached villa, with views across open countryside. Villa Carinthia is situated on the edge of the small village of Dracevac, less than 10 minutes drive from the coastal resort of Zelena Laguna and 15 minutes drive from the World Heritage site of Porec, and close to the various resorts and hilltop villages that define Istria. Villa Carinthia has been designed to cater for six people in comfort, with two double bedrooms and one twin room. For larger family groups, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the large living area. The master bedroom is en-suite and features direct access to the patio and pool. There is parking for two vehicles. Several excellent restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Villa Carinthia can be rented with a neighbouring villa.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible; however we generally take bookings Wednesday-Wednesday as many people prefer to travel midweek to secure best fares with low-cost airlines.

Outside
The solar-heated pool is a whopping 10x4m and has a depth of 1.5 metres throughout - essential for our younger visitors! Outside furniture is provided, including a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful beaches are located in small coves along the coast within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Most are rocky with swimming platforms that extend out into the sea. Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna.
