Saturday changeover. Guest departures before 10 am and arrivals after 4pm.

Coast/Beach
25 minutes drive to Porec with all the beaches that surround it. A little further to beautiful fishing villages many with marinas.
Golf
Driving range in valley below villa - 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Pula is some 45 minutes drive away. Trieste, Rijeka and Ljubliana are all approx an hour and a half away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Motovun, Istria's famous medieval hill top town famous for arts, crafts and its beauty is 5 - 10 minutes drive away. Porec takes about 25 minutes in the car and here you will find sport including tennis, sailing, diving and lots of nightclubs/restaurants. Pula's amphitheatre has live concerts. Boats go to Venice from Porec and Rovinj (takes 2 hours) and wonderful boat trips are available around the local islands.
Visit Hum (smallest town in the world), Limski fjord (cheese, olives, wine).
Further details
Local shops with everything that you require for your holiday are within walking distance of the villa. There is a varied selection of restaurants in the locality serving grilled fish and meats. Truffles are the speciality of the area. Local wine is excellent. Everything is very reasonably priced!
Booking notes
25% deposit upon booking, balance payment 8 weeks before departure, £250 refundable damage deposit. You should arrange your own cancellation insurance. A tourist tax is payable on arrival.

The villa is new but a few friends have stayed and compared to the best villas that they have previously occupied.
