This stylish and luxurious 400-year old house is located inside the walls of the Old Town in Dubrovnik and has a terrace with a stunning view over the Adriatic sea, the island of Lokrum, the city walls and the Srd mountains. It has been restored and finished to high specifications including air-conditioning. It retains many of the original features such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams. The house is located about 5-10 minutes walking distance from two of the entrances to the Old Town, Pile Gate or Ploce Gate, passing the famous street, Stradun, which is about a 2-5 minute stroll from the house. It is also only a few steps from a small gate in the old city wall leading out though to Buza II (famous open air cafe/bar on the cliffs). There you can swim off the rocks in the crystal clear water or enjoy a drink with breath taking views over the Adriatic and amazing sunsets. The nearest beach is located a 10 minutes walk through Old Town.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed with one large mattress and is en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with two separate mattresses (twin bedded).
The living room has a double sofa bed.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes and seating.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms with showers, sink, heated towel rails, WC and electric points. Main bathroom also has a lighted vanity mirror. One bathroom is en-suite. Both bathrooms are fully tiled.
Kitchen: This large beautiful fitted Italian kitchen has all the conveniences such as dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, built in oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, china and dishes, iron/iron board as well as a kitchen bar and stools.
Living Rooms: The living room is furnished with a 3-piece suite and coffee table (sofa also expands as extra bed), flat screen TV with satellite channels, home cinema system (inc DVD/CD player). The dining area has a table for 4 which can be extended to 6-8.
Other: Study room with a desk, but can also be used as a room for a cot. Air conditioning (or heating for winter months). There is designer lighting throughout the house, stone tiles and hardwood flooring. Safe deposit box is installed.

linen/maid service:
Towels and bedlinen are included. Please provide your own beach towels. Property is cleaned and fresh linen/towels are provided before new guests arrive.

Accessibility
Due to the location in the Old Town and steps involved, this property is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The terrace on the top floor is fully furnished with comfortable wooden chairs and tables and a large sun umbrella so you can enjoy alfresco dining or just a glass of wine, while admiring the views. You can also use the courtyard outside the entrance to the house.

Coast/Beach
It is located only a few steps from a small gate in the old city wall leading out though to Buza II, where you can swim off the rocks, for that swim before breakfast or the cool dip after you come back after a day of excursions. The nearest beach (sand/pebble) is a 10 minute walk from the house. The facilities on the beach include a stylish beach bar/restaurant and beachside showers/WC. There are also other beaches within a short distance by local boat or bus.

Travel
Dubrovnik International Airport is a scenic 20-25 minutes drive away. There are taxi and bus services from/to the airport. The taxi is about 200 Kuna (30 Euros/£20) and the bus 35 Kuna (5 Euros/£3.5).
