The apartment is on the first floor and is approximately 250 years old. We have painstakingly renovated it over the last 3 years to an incredibly high standard of finish, retaining as much of the character stonework and original flooring as we could, whilst fitting stunning bathrooms and kitchen, with all modern conveniences you would expect. The apartment could not be better placed in the heart of old town Rovinj, with views over the harbour from the sunny terrace. We do not know of another apartment in Rovinj of this specification or location. It will accommodate 6 people in absolute comfort in its 3 large bedrooms and ample living space. The stunning artists' street of Grisia is a stones throw away, and the many lovely fishing restaurants and gelateria of Rovinj are all within 2 minutes walk away. | Kitchen: | Brand new Italian fitted kitchen with high end Gorenje washing machine and all appliances in white gloss finish with dark worktops. |
| Living Rooms: | Huge communal living space with lounge and through dining room. Huge L shaped sofa with coffee table and designer lighting throughout. Top end flat screen TV and even a Bose soundock for your Ipod! |
| Other: | Massive 12m2 terrace with outside furniture and sea view. The terrace is a fantastic sun trap so don’t forget your sun cream! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All super heavy luxury towels and linen are included. Maid service is once a week – although we can arrange cleaning while you are there at extra cost. 24 hour emergency assistance by our local representative. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in all the main bedrooms and the main living space. The apartment is not really suitable for toddlers and young children due to the high quality of finish. We do allow children under certain circumstances. No pets though. Sorry.
Outside
Lovely terrace with sea view and a wonderful place to watch the world go by.
Coast/Beach
The apartment has sea views and is within a minutes walk of the sea. The main beach in Rovinj is 10/12 minutes away past The Park hotel. The beaches in this part of Croatia are all shingle and not sand, but the sea is warm and generally child friendly.
Travel
Pula Airport - 25 minutes (Ryanair Stansted).
Trieste Airport - 1h 40 mins (Ryanair Stansted).
Treviso Airport - 2h 45 mins (Ryanair Stansted/Luton).
Zagreb airport - 2 hours (Whizz Air Luton).
Ljubliana - 2h 30 mins (Eayjet Luton).
Distances
Pula with its incredible ampitheatre and amazing Roman centre is 25 mins away. The more commercial coastal town of Porec is about 40 mins away with its medieval old town. The medieval artisan hill town of Motovun is about 45 minutes away in land through the Tuscan-a-like countryside.
