This apartment offers a comfortable and quiet base for exploring this part of Croatia especially the Island of Ciovo, Trogir and the Dalmatian Coast. The island is linked to the mainland and Trogir, the historic centre, by short bridge and is short drive away from Split Airport. Apartment sleeps four, but a fold up bed is available on request.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but alternative days may be arranged where possible. Arrival after 3pm. Please vacate the property by 10.30am.

Apartment is on the third floor.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and child safe balcony.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds, with views of the Adriatic, hills and mountains.
Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Fully fitted kitchen with freezer, fridge and washing machine.
Lounge dining room with TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, dining table and chairs for 6 and access to main, south facing child safe balcony with sea views.
Towels and linen included (please supply your own beach towels). Property cleaned and linen changed weekly. Local English speaking representative on call for assistance and information.

Apartment is on the groundfloor. Bedroom is with double bed and additional bed on request. Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower and WC and washing machine. Fully fitted kitchen with freezer, fridge and dish washer. Child safe fenced terrace with small gadren and seaview, table and chairs.

Notes on accommodation
Apartments are with video entry phone access and security front and main doors. Situated in a quiet residential area. Allocated Parking space. Smoking in the apartments is not permitted.

Coast/Beach
4 minutes walk to the main family beach with many small bars and water activities. Quiet coves and private beaches are a short walk or drive away around the Island. Easy walking access to the local supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Post Office, Doctor, pharmacy and local Tourist Information Office.

Travel
Small Airport of Split 8km away. Direct flights from Gatwick with Easyjet and Croatia Airlines and Ryanair from Stansted to Zadar (one hour 30 minutes drive on good motorway network). Bus service operating locally around the Island and linking up with the service operating between Sibenik and Split. Regular, inexpensive, network of Ferries to the many Croatian destination (Hvar, Brac, Korcula and Dubrovnik etc) depart from Split.

Distances
The UNESCO World Heritage site of Trogir is 1 mile away (10-15 mins walk) offering restaurants, bars, beautiful Venetian architecture and lively marina. Daily Local produce and fish markets. Split (beautiful Roman Architecture and Diocletian Palace) approx 25 minutes drive. Roman remains of Salona is 25 minutes drive away. Krka National Park (55 sq.m. of spectacular forests, lakes and waterfalls) 45 mins drive away. Spectacular Plitvice National Park 2 hours drive away.

Further details
Boat excursions to neighbouring islands can be arranged from Ciovo/Trogir. Other activities which may be arranged locally are tennis, diving and sailing.

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 30% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 50 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in normal circumstances leading to your cancellation or failure to pay on time. The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 50 days prior to departure.
