In a great location just a few minutes from the beaches of Mlini. This 2 bedroom villa has a lovely terrace with table, chairs, a barbecue and a secluded mature garden where you can enjoy the fantastic sea views. Mlini is a very pretty resort in the heart of the Dubrovnik Riviera with all amenities including supermarkets, beaches, bars and restaurants. Mlini is a small fishing village on the coast of the Bay of Zupa, only 11 km east of Dubrovnik. It is only 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport and 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik old town. Cavtat is also nearby. They can all be reached by boat, taxi, bus or boat taxi so there is no need to hire a car in fact you could hire a boat for the day and take a trip to the uninhabited islands in the Bay where you can fish, snorkel and swim.

Accessibility
The villa has steps up to the main terrace and there are steps down to the beach and village so it is not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties.
Outside
There is a very pretty terrace with fantastic views across the bay. The terrace has a built-in barbecue with chimney and table and chairs. Shade is provided by a grape vine which covers the area. The garden surrounds the villa and has many mature trees and shrubs which afford seclusion. There is a storeroom below the villa where sun loungers can be found.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is just 75m from the beach down steps. There are three beaches in Mlini all within a few minutes walk from the villa. There are also more beaches as you walk along the front to the nearby village of Srebreno, which has some lively bars. Numerous watersports are available in Mlini. Motor boats can be hired to navigate the islands in the bay.
Travel
It is only 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport and 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik old town. Cavtat is also nearby. They can all be reached by boat, taxi, bus or boat taxi so there is no need to hire a car. There is a regular boat taxi from Mlini which takes you to the heart of the old town. Hiring a car will give access to more areas such as the beautiful Konavle region which is about 20 mins drive away.

Mlini is situated 8km from Dubrovnik airport and 11km from Dubrovnik old town.
Further details
There is a supermarket ten minutes walk away. Two local shops that sell general provisions are less than 5 minutes walk away. The bank and post office are about 15 minutes walk away.

30% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is required 30 days before departure.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required.
