The villa is situated on a pretty peninsular 10 minutes drive from the city of Trogir, a world heritage site. The villa is set on a hillside in the old fishing village of Seget Vranijca overlooking the bay of Trogir and the Dalmatia islands. The village has 3 restaurants, 2 bars and 3 shops plus a bakery all within easy walking distance. There is a quaint little harbour, where boats can be rented, and a beach. The accommodation is spacious with an open plan, superbly equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 and a comfy seating area with plasma screen satellite, CD and DVD. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Outside the terrace has a large built-in traditional BBQ and outside dining is for 12 accompanied by lovely sea views. There is also a table tennis table and outdoor showering facility. The villa is 15 minute drive from Split airport.

The air conditioning is duel control and provides heating as well. Excellent family property and children very welcome.

There is a double room and bathroom on the ground floor and therefore the property has good accessibility for all.

The property is surrounded by terraces which have stunning sea views. There is outside dining for 12 and a large built-in BBQ. There is a table tennis table and a large outside shower cubicle.
Coast/Beach
The property is 50m from the sea. Swimming from here is from platforms but there are beaches within easy walking distance.

In the local village there is a small harbour where boats can be rented.
Travel
Split airport is 15 mins by car. A car is not essential at this property.

Further details
This area of Croatia is full of interesting things to do, from relaxing amd swimming to boat trips to the islands and exploring the National Park. Renting boats is also easy in the local area.
Booking notes
The booking process is very simple. As soon as you have confirmed that you wish to book I will forward a Booking Form for completion which should be returned with a 30% deposit. Final payment is required 50 days before the holiday.
