The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people, with a double bedroom (with large continental bed) and 2 twin rooms. There is a spacious lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. All rooms have beautiful rural views and throughout there are high ceilings providing a cool and airy interior. Large patio doors give direct access and views from the lounge and dining areas to the covered terrace. The south-facing terrace, with tables and chairs, directly overlooks the pool and has beautiful rural views. Sun-loungers are provided around the pool and there is a large stone barbecue ideal for those 'al fresco' evenings watching spectacular sunsets. Alternatively, enjoy excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the villa. The village of Dracevac is a 2 minutes walk from the villa.

Outside
Covered terrace overlooks the private pool (9 x 4 m) with views of the surrounding open countryside. There is a south facing patio around the pool and a large stone barbecue for those 'alfresco' evenings. Sun loungers and outside table and chairs are provided. Gated drive providing secure parking for 2 cars. Landscaped gardens around the villa.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Istrian coastline is a 10 minute drive. Alternatively, guests can use the well marked cycle pathways, one of which passes directly in front of the villa. The resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna have numerous sports opportunities including scuba diving, sailing, tennis, cycling and horse riding. Additionally try paint balling, crazy golf and go-carting.
Golf
A 36 hole golf course is being developed at Motovun, a 40 minute drive. A present there are 6 practice holes.
Travel
Villa Neela easliy accessible from the UK. Pula Airport (Ryanair) is a 40 minute drive. Trieste Airport is approximately 1.75 hours (Ryanair/Alitalia). The airports of Ljublijana (EasyJet) and Venice Treviso (Ryanair) and Marco Polo (EasyJet) are within a 3 hour drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Villa Neela is on the outskirts of the village of Dracevac.
The historical port and town of Porec (shopping, marina, Euphrasius Basilica) 15 mins drive. Tourist resorts of Zelena and Plava Laguna 10 mins drive. Vrsar (beaches, marina) 15 mins drive. Rovinj 30 mins. Groznjan and Motovun 45 mins. Pula 45 mins.
Further details
Super-markets and restaurants are within a 5 min drive. Zelena and Plava Lagunas offer tennis courts, gyms, indoor swimming pools, water-skiing, sailing, horse riding and scuba diving opportunities. Well marked cycle paths make cycling an excellent way to experience the gentle rolling hills of the region.
