Outside
On the first floor, a large terrace sea view with a table for 4 persons and deckchairs, on the second a nice balcony.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes on foot to S. Croce beach, 5 minutes by bicycle to Punta corrente (Zlatni rat) a fantastic Natural Park with forest and full of vegetation, it is edged with endless clear sea beaches (5 km). It was landscaped at the end of 19th century by the order of Baron Hutterodt. In front of Rovinj there is a row of 6 unique wooded islands, the smallest is the Donkeys island, the biggest is the Red Island. Take a taxi boat (1 minute from the apartments) and relax.
Golf
To Brioni Islands, 20 minutes by boats, 20 mins by car.
Special interest holidays
In summer evenings entertainment includes concerts and shows. Not to be missed is the Festival of Grisia in August, painters exhibit their work along Grisia street. On the third week of August the fireworks over the sea. The Feast day of Saint Eufemia is in September.

Marco Polo airport (Venezia). Venice-Rovinj direct(www.venezialines.com) fast ships (2h 30 minutes)
Trieste airport (95 km from Rovinj) 1h 30m by car
Pula airport (30 km from Rovinj).
Use of car not recommended.
Distances
95km to Trieste, 38km to Pula, 20km to Porec, 40km to Umag, 20 km to Fasana: here you can take a boat to The Brioni Islands.
Further details
Rovinj is a Romanic and Venetian town with a perfect blue sea. Trendy shops and charateristic restaurants located around the small harbor. Fresh fish and excellent wine. A National Park with various white small beaches (20 minutes walking), the museum, the aquarium, S.Eufemia church with the mummy (1001 d.c.) The Grisia street (of the painters), music bar over the water, wonderful surroundings - wild nature but historical towns also. Internet point 20 meters.
