This new 2nd floor air conditioned apartment has been built to a very high standard with high ceilings and solid wood floor in bedroom. Rooms are light and spacious and have been tastefully furnished. With one double bedroom and double sofabed in the living room the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Private terrace has views over the fields towards the Adriatic coast.

Notes on prices
Prices given are for the property per night for two persons. Minimum stay of three nights except during July and August when minimum stay is 7 nights. Additional 1 - 2 person is charged at £7.00 per night to cover laundry costs.

Outside
A private south facing terrace leads off the living room with views over to the sea and table and chairs from which to watch the setting sun.
Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beaches around the local town of Porec including areas for relaxation and sunbathing or more active water sports.
Travel
Access to Istria has improved with the arrival of the budget airlines. Ryanair now flies Stansted to Pula (about 40 mins drive), also flying to Trieste (about 1.5 hours), Easyjet flies to Rijeka (about 75 mins) or fly to Venice and take the passenger ferry to Porec.
Distances
The bustling resort of Porec is a 25 min walk away along a footpath which takes you though pine scented woods. Being in the centre of Istria's western coast its an ideal base from which to explore the peninsular north and south.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is to be paid not less than 10 weeks prior to arrival. 100 euros damage deposit. You should arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance.
