This seafront villa is in peaceful nature reserve. It is an excellent biking area with the famous Kamenjak peninsula.

The sea is just 40 metres directly in front of the villa across a partly pine treed nature reserve. The beach is within 450 metres short walk. The beach is a wide sweeping curve which runs all the way around the Pomer peninsula to the Marina.

On nearby island, off Fatzana, by arrangement.
Skiing
Sking, 2 hours in Slovenia.

The lively seaside resort of Medulin is just 10 minutes drive away. The historic buzzing town of Pula with its Roman ruins and ampitheatre is just 12 minutes drive away. The secluded and delightful Premantura peninsula, a protected stunning example of Crotias beautiful coastline, is a 12 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk.
