In season there are 5 bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the village shop is a stone throw away, selling all the basics you should need for your stay. This family owned villa is the perfect family retreat, having the crystal clear Adriatic so close children and adults alike will have a unique and memorable holiday.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 have king size beds with sea views. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with views of the church and mountain. Bedroom 4 (king size bed) and bedroom 5 (bunk bed) are located on the ground floor, these are not assessible from inside the house. |
| Bathrooms: | Villa Rosa has on the top floor 1 en suite plus 1 shower/wc room. On 1st floor it has a wc, bidet and bath/shower. On ground floor it has a wc, wetroom/shower. |
| Kitchen: | Newly fitted open plan kitchen, comprehensively fitted with everything you need for your stay, includng oversized oven/hob and integrated dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room has washing machine, large fridge freezer and clothes horse for drying. |
| Living Rooms: | The huge living area boasts cool stone floors a 3 seater and 4 seater sofa, working fireplace, 32" LCD flat screen television with DVD player/satelite and CD system (ipod compatible). Across the room is the dining area. |
| Other: | Being open plan the dining area is beside the kitchen, it has a breakfast bar and a 8 seater dinning table. |

Full bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning is carried out weekly. More often if specified. |

Accessibility
The property is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the staircase.
Outside
Unusually for a house of this age and position it has front and rear garden. The front garden is enclosed and is ideal for sunbathing with the sea being only feet away.
The rear garden has a large terrace with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Out of the front gate, 6 or 7 steps and you are swimming!
In Viganj there is windsurfing, scuba diving and kite surfing schools (in main season).
Travel
Dubrovnic is under 2 hours away, Split is 4 hours.
Car hire is best purchased online before travel (Holiday Autos or Europe car seem cheapest).
Distances
Orebic is only 7 km away with banks, supermarkets, car ferry port and doctors.
Further details
Viganj is situated in one of the most central positions in southern Dalmatia. Making it an ideal base to visit Neighbouring islands such as Hvar, Korcula, Mljet.
