A stone country house, built in 1874, has become a comfortable villa with preserved rustic beauty. The village Stranici is situated 1 km far away from the medieval town of Sv. Lovrec, 2 km from the Lim Bay and 10 km from Vrsar, a modern tourist destination. It takes about 20 minutes on the highway to reach the airport of Pula. Villa Fuma is situated right at the entrance to the village, which is also the entrance to the wine routes, meant to be used by cyclists and walkers. At 15 km distance are Porec and Rovinj a famous Istrian coastal towns, offering a large selection of restaurants, bars, night bars and boutiques.
