This Dalmatian house, dating back to the 18th century has been renovated and meticulously refurbished in 2004 and is well-known in the region for its beautiful facade, which had been restored to its original character. Built on 3 floors, it is very open to natural light and sea views with an overall living area of 100 sq.m. The peninsula on which it is located is flanked by a picturesque harbour on one side and the crystal clear Adriatic sea on the other 2. The surrounding village is largely unspoilt and the local residents lead their own quiet life whilst being most welcoming to visitors. Rocky as well as pebble beaches are within short walking distance. Local fishermen run boat trips for families or small groups. Famous Croatian islands such as Kornati, Pag and, further south, Hvar are easily accessible by the shuttle ferry services from Zadar's port. Sunset views from the terrace are beautiful. The local chapel bells' ringing embelish the village's character further.

About the owner
Born and raised in Croatia, I live and work in Germany as a Career Consultant. Most of my family still lives in Croatia, so we spend many weeks of the year there enjoying the excellent climate, healthy air, impeccably clean Adriatic Sea and mouth-watering Dalmatian cuisine. Spending time in Croatia does a lot of good to body, mind and soul. Apart from being a Trainer and Coach, I am also very active in property development in Croatia, particularly on the enchanting islands - visit our website for more details. The house in Bibinje was my third project. We travel widely during the year, mostly for business, so we are very internationally oriented and enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world.

Bibinje has a special character & a unique combination of traditional village lifestyle & modern-day living. The peninsula is surrounded by clear waters & offers beautiful sunset views over the Adriatic; the picturesque fishing harbour embellishes the old village core. The promenade with its fantastic lighting provides a great atmosphere for an evening stroll whilst preparing your taste buds for a delicious dalmatian supper in one of the local restaurants. Zadar's airport (Zemunik) is only 12 minutes away by car; Zadar city is even closer. The famous Yacht Marina is a mere 5-minute drive from the village. There is a choice of beaches within walking distance. All groceries as well as the local daily fresh market are within walking reach from the house. Our neighbours are most welcoming.

We provide bathrobes, towels and bed linen free-of-charge. We can organise boat hire as well as a baby-sitting and laundry services at a charge, even at short notice. The house has its own parking space and own boat berthing place, both of which are visible from the bedroom windows. There is a barbecue grill (BBQ) on the terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We look after registration procedures at the local tourist office for you. There are no extra charges for local taxes, cleaning or utilities. All you need to do is to simply look forward to a most enjoyable and memorable holiday experience on Croatia's spectacular Dalmatian Coast.
