The accommodation can cater for up to 4 adults with one double bedroom and 2 separate sofa-beds (large) in the lounge area. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area, sitting area and small balcony. Air conditioning is installed along with heating. The new apartment is situated in a quiet residential area known as Conchetta. It is 5 mins walk to the local bar and restaurant, shop and sea and only a 10 mins walk from historic Old Town of Rovijn.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday, however we are happy to be flexible. Please email to check. Check out/key return time is 10:00 and key collection/arrival is from 14:00.

Towels and bed linen are included, but please provide your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned once a week (usually on changeover day but for stays of longer than a week, a cleaner can be arranged and will collect washing/change beds and so on). |

The accommodation has a dual air conditioning/heating unit. Additionally oil filled radiators are available if required. The apartment is safe for children with an enclosed balcony and a child's cot is provided.

The apartment has ground floor access with no steps into the apartment.
Outside
The apartment has a small balcony with barbecue and has elevated views of the adjacent 'green' valley.
Coast/Beach
A local beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Within 15 mins drive, there are many lovely beaches to choose from, whether you would like company or be alone, there are plenty to choose from and the water is crystal clear and very inviting. Further afield Duga Uvala's beach makes a fantastic day out, as do the spectacular Labin and Rabac, East Coast.

Istria ‘The New Tuscany’ offers a massive range of activities, from the relaxing to the adventurous. These include: beautiful secluded beaches between 5 - 15 mins drive from the apartment, hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan with their world famous film and art festivals, mountain bike trails, sky diving, scuba diving, horse riding, tailored wine tasting vineyard tours and lots more...
Travel
'Ryanair' now fly into Pula on the southern post point of the Istrian peninsula. A new motorway link now means that Rovinj and the apartment are no more than 30-40 minutes from the airport. Once at the apartment car hire is not essential. Rovijn town is less than 1/2 mile away. There are numerous car hire companies in the airport but if you prefer a pick-up/drop-off service can be arranged for a small fee. Other flights include Easyjet - Rijeka (2 hours). Ryanair Trieste (1.5 hours).
Distances
Beautiful Rovijn town is less than 3/4 mile away. Pula takes approx 30 mins drive, with Porec to the North taking approx. 30 mins. In between there are lots of beautiful inland villages to explore whilst the coasts offer a whole range of experiences from traditional fishing communities to the opulent, old colonial grandeur of Austro-Hungarian Opatija.

Booking notes
For 2008 bookings a non-refundable 30% deposit is payable immediately on booking, with the balance to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. The £120 security deposit is payable by cheque which is returned if there is no damage to house or contents. Please ensure that you have your own cancellation insurance. The owners accept no liability for personal injury. Please note that the cheapest way to fly currently from the UK is now via Trieste.
