Towels and linens are included with the property being cleaned and ready at the beginning of the rental (and mid-week for a slight extra charge). Caretaker available in village to help at any time. |

Coast/Beach
Only a 15 minute drive to the beach and the beautiful town of Porec which has many resturants and shopping areas.
Travel
The nearest airport is in Pula, with direct flights from UK and other countries. If you want to be picked up, please inform at time of booking (Extra Charge required). It is recommended to secure a hire car to have the freedom to see the beautiful Istrian countryside.

10 minutes drive to beach and Porec.
1 hour drive to Pula, ampitheater, shopping and airport.
Further details
Our favorite local 'taverna" is located 5 minute drive away from the villa and has a great atmosphere, and great local food and wine at very reasonable prices!
Booking notes
Please contact Charles at his email with dates of arrival and for details to wire payment. A damage deposit will be paid in Euro's to the caretaker upon arrival and returned at departure.
A bank wire of 50% of rental payment is required at time of booking. You should arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance. Guests are fully responsible for any damages and for proper safe use of pool. The owners will not be responsible for any pool mishaps.
