The apartments are located in the old part of town surrounded by old stone cottages and trees. The building, although modern, is attractively faced with the famous Brac stone. The apartments command very good views out to sea to a backdrop of mountains beyond. Sutivan is a lively village - in July and August there are many festivals - there is also live music in the town square. Do not be surprised to hear the locals suddenly burst into song - a great Dalmatian tradition. The atmosphere is very friendly and the evening sunsets are breathtaking. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, diving, snorkelling, wind surfing and sailing. Brac is a stunningly beautiful island and a joy to explore. An open air market and 2 supermarkets cater for your daily needs. We provide an 'information pack' detailing places of interest, brochures and a map of the island. Our representative will meet you from the ferry and escort you to your apartment.

Changeover day is flexible. Apartment is available from 4pm on day of arrival. Apartment to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

This apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area with a breakfast bar and 4 chairs, a leather settee, 2 armchairs, hall table, TV and CD player and air-conditioning unit. The fully equipped Italian kitchen consists fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, sink and drainer, electric kettle, cafetiere, plus a full complement of china, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Double doors lead out to a large terrace (16sqm) where there is a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, has a 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and vanity unit. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 single wardrobes and a vanity unit. Bed linen and towels are provided together with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. All beds are made up prior to your arrival. Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are air-conditioned, are on the ground floor and therefore suitable for the elderly. Children are very welcome - we have a selection of lilos, footballs and tennis balls from previous guests! We also supply an Information Pack detailing places of interest, brochures and a map of the island.
Accessibility
All the apartments are on the ground floor and are only 60m from the beach. The village of Sutivan is a 3 min level walk from the apartments.

Travel
Split is the nearest airport. If you hire a car it is a 30 min drive to Split port where you board the ferry to Brac. If on foot, a coach is available immediately outside the arrival terminal. The coach journey is 30 mins to the port of Split and costs approx. £3 per person. The ferry crossing takes 45 mins cost £2.80 pp. Our representative will meet you at the port of Supetar, escort you to your apartment, show you how to use the equipment & provide a contact no. in case of emergency.
Distances
There is a good bus service that goes to other fishing villages such as Milna, Splitska, Postira, etc. Supetar the capital of the island is 6 miles from Sutivan.
Further details
There are 2 supermarkets, a bakers and an open air market in Sutivan. Fresh fish can be bought from the quayside. There is a post office and a tourist office. You can use the gymnasium for a small fee. There is a diving centre. Bikes, windsurfers and jet skis can be hired from June - September. There are boat trips around the island and to the neighbouring island of Hvar.
Booking notes
When we receive your enquiry we will send you a booking form, our terms and conditions and ask for 30% deposit to secure your booking. 8 (eight) weeks before your holiday we will send you an invoice for the final payment which should be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We also require a £100 security deposit which will be returned to you 1 week after your holiday as long as no damage has occurred to the property.

‘Kick back, chill out, try a cappucino on the pontoon in the morning, spend the afternoon on a lilo in the sea or snorkelling. Great restaurants in the evening - perfect! Take a day trip to Split, a great old city. Bol is nice if you like crowds - we couldn’t wait to get back to Sutivan - we will be back!’
