The house is situated within a minutes walk from the harbour front and promenade. It is set on 3 levels. The small courtyard in front of the house has lockable gates which add security. During August, the main area is pedestrianised around the bars and restaurants. The house has a ‘no smoking’ policy. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard and on the roof terrace. The house has smoke alarms. Regret that pets are not allowed.

Notes on prices
Prices are per night for the house, and not per person. Prices include Electricity and water. When 11 or more nights are booked, a 10% discount will apply on the total cost.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. The house is available from 3pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. These timings are flexible depending on whether or not the house is being used before and after your stay.

Bed linen and towels are supplied. The housekeeper cleans the house before guests arrive and puts fresh bed linen/towels in each bedroom/bathroom. She will change the bed linen and towels once a week and will leave a spare set of towels in each bedroom. |

Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning/heater units. The lounge/kitchen has a fan and heater.
Accessibility
Regrettably, the property is unsuitable for wheelchairs and is not suitable for people who have difficulty in walking as it is set on 3 levels.
Outside
There is a small courtyard in front of the property with lockable gates and a roof terrace with sun loungers. The property does not have a swimming pool. However, the beaches are just a few minutes walk away.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are shingle which makes the sea exceptionally clean and are just a few mins walk from the house. Due to the small pebbles, the purchase of sand shoes is recommended which could be bought from the little shops in Pirovac.
Travel
Zadar airport is a 40 min drive away; Split airport an hour's drive away; Zagreb airport a 3 hour drive away; Dubrovnik airport a 5 hour drive away. The best way to travel within Croatia is by car as public transport is limited at the moment. The hire of a car from the airport is highly recommended and to book in advance of your holiday to avoid disappointment. The best way to travel in Croatia is via motorway (The A1) which runs from the north of the country to the south. Motorways have tolls.
Distances
Pirovac is an ideal base for visiting the KRKA, Kornati and Plitvicka National Parks. There are also several interesting towns not far, and a leaflet (which includes photos and distances from Pirovac) is available on request. I have attached a few photographs of places of interest.
Further details
Pirovac is a picturesque coastal town on the Middle Dalmatia coast of the Adriatic Sea. It has a daily fruit and vegetable market. A fresh fish market is open early in the morning. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pavement cafés and Tourist Bureaus on the promenade which is less than a minute’s walk from the house. There are also several restaurants dotted about the town. Pirovac has a bank and ‘hole in the wall’ facilities. During high season local caterers organise regular seafood fiestas on Saturday evenings. Pirovac is good for walkers with specific walking routes. There is jet skiing and Pedallos during high season. Fishing and National Parks.
Booking notes
To receive an information pack and booking form, please email with an address. The form must be returned with a small deposit to secure the accommodation. This deposit will be returned should the booking need to be cancelled up to one month prior to the first date of the booking. The remainder of the rental will be due 28 days prior to departure. When 11 or more nights are booked, a discount of 10% on the total cost would apply. Please note that the minimum number of nights bookable is 3.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visited the Krka Waterfalls, Sibenik, Primosten, Tribunj. We enjoyed hiring jet bikes at the Pirovac beach and pedaloes with slides.
