Adjoining open countryside, the villa is located on the edge of the peaceful village of Zbandaj, yet only 10 minutes drive from the coast and the picturesque and historic town of Porec. The villa accommodates 6 people very comfortably, with two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. There is a spacious open plan living room with direct access to a large, covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. You will also find a mini-market for essential supplies is within a 5 minute walk and enjoy the several excellent restaurants are located nearby.

Outside
A covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool (6 x 5 x 1.5m) with views across open countryside. There is a south-west facing patio around the pool and a large barbecue. Sun loungers and outside tables and chairs are provided. There is a gated drive, providing parking for 3 cars. The gardens around the villa have recently been landscaped.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful beaches are located in small coves along the coast within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Most are rocky with swimming platforms that extend out into the sea. Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna.

Distances
A short and scenic drive inland takes you to the rolling hills topped with historic ancient towns such as Motovun, Grozjnan and Hum. A daily return FastCat ferry (2 hrs) service will take you to Venice from Porec harbour.

The popular local restaurant (5 mins on foot) is famous for its local cuisine including grilled fish and meat dishes, truffles and specialties prepared under a coal-covered metal lid (peka).
All facilities, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, travel agencies etc available in Porec.
