| Living Rooms: | The living room has a hi-fi, one maple table with a marble top,4 armchairs, book shelves with books in it, an antique mirror cabinet and a large, cushioned built in area. It has a wood burner. |
| Other: | There are 2 terraces with tables and chairs. |

Linen is included for the week. The property is cleaned once a week and linen is changed. Towels are not included. |

Outside
The terraces have outdoor furniture, lighting and umbrella. One of the provides a shaded area. It has a 40 sq.m. garden area with grass and trees at the back of the house.
Coast/Beach
The beach is immediately in front of your door (8 m away). The house comes with a mooring. Water is the cleanest and bluest as anywhere in the Mediterranean (The Guardian, cited it as the 'cleanest' get-away in Europe).
Special interest holidays
The house is suitable for writers and artists, and nature lovers. Many who have stayed have called it an inspiring place.
Travel
Nearest airport is Split. It is recommended that you hire a car at the airport. The car ferry takes 2 hours to Vis. It is another 10 minutes by car from Vis Town and 15 minutes from Komiza.
Distances
3 restaurants are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Basic food shopping can be done within walking distance (15 minutes). Extensive shopping can be done in Vis Town and Komiza, where you will find banks and a multitude of restaurants (which are 10 and 15 minutes by car).
Further details
Vis has been a Greek polis, a Roman colony, a Venetian possession and occupied by British troops during World War 2. It is full of archeological interest and elegant Venetian architecture.
