Viganj is only 4km away from Orebic which is the main shopping area offering markets, banks, butcher, supermarkets, cafes and bars etc although there are local shops for necessities. Viganj has a number of lovely restaurants offering fresh local produce and great food. Whether you want to relax or be active this is a great location for all – just enjoy it, a memorable time will be had by all.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, cupboards, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be put together and wardrobe as well as air conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | Beautifully tiled bathroom with sink, toilet and spacious wet-room shower. |
| Kitchen: | Microwave, oven, gas hob, sink fridge/freezer, washing machine and oak and granite bar with cupboards etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan with separate areas designated for lounge, dining and kitchen. Very spacious with 2 large leather sofas in lounge area (one of which is a saof bed if you need to sleep 6), wooden dinning room table with 4 leather chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels, t-towels, sheets etc are changed weekly. Swimming pool is cleaned daily. Please provide your own beach towels. |

Outside
The stone floor covered veranda outside the villa has stunning views with table, chairs and BBQ. Two further patios, one with small sand pit and the other has the swimming pool. Can sunbath on either.
Coast/Beach
Beach is 3 mins drive or a max 10 min walk. Plenty of beach fronts to choose from. This beautiful south-facing stone villa has breathtaking views. Originally built circa 18th century and recently rebuilt to a very high standard, it offers an open plan living space downstairs with designated areas for kitchen, dining area and lounge. The villa also offers beautiful terraces complete with a swimming pool over looking the Adriatic Sea which is only a 10 min walk away.
Special interest holidays
Plenty to do. Lots of watersports. A great area for beginners, intermediate and advanced windsurfers and kite surfers. Canoeing, kyacking, paragliding, water skiing. Some amazing walks, cycling, etc etc and obviously sun bathing!
Travel
Closest airport is Dubrovnik and is a 2 hours drive away. The drive is spectacular and and a very enjoyable one. We recommend car hire.
Distances
The village supermarket is only 3 mins drive or a 10 min walk away. The larger town of Orebic with the banks and the markets is a 15 min drive.

Booking notes
We have recently changed the changeover day to a Thursday as most of the time Thursdays have been a cheaper day to get flights, albeit not always. We have done this to try and help to keep the costs down on flights.
