A restaurant and a supermarket are only about 100 m away. Being located at the point where the slopes of the majestic Mosor mountain touch the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the islands of Brac and Hvar directly from the terrace of your apartment. Special offer for our guests: you have gratis on disposal private beach (accessible with steps directly from the villa) with laying chairs, sun umbrellas, grill and shower. Private parking place with video surveillance, etc. New, relax-zone (fitness, child corner, internet point, etc). Golf
The 5 whole golf course is situated in Stobrec (Near Split) a 30 km from villa in Split direction. You have to drive direction Split, shortly before the cross light to Stobrec and TTS, you will see the golf course on your right hand side - there is small road which you have to enter.
Club-house-at-Stobrec for this season the golf course has be upgraded with a small clubhouse (with toillets) and a new driving range, everybody are welcome to come and play the course, you dont need to be member of a golf club else where.
The club is open every day in the summer season from 8 AM to 8 PM, you can play at the 5 whole course till 3 PM after that you may only use the driving range.
Price for playing at the course is 50 kuna and price for use of driving range is 30 kuna.

About the owner
I was born in Split (Croatia) on the Dalmatian Coast. Since finished studies of business administration in Vienna and Sweden I have lived with my wife in Vienna leading my own Ltd. We travel a lot due to my and my wife´s jobs (she is an opera singer), but always come back to "our paradise" in the heart of the Omis Riviera.

The reason we have chosen this property is because of the outstanding beauty of the nature, beautiful view, spending vacations at a quiet place, with a beautiful view to the sea, a touch of the majestic Mediterranean nature, friendly family atmosphere and all that directly at the sea. The Villa is located in the fishermen’s village Marusici in the heart of the Omis Riviera – a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty, on the brink of the small and green Lovrina Vala Bay. Our new vacation Villa is located on the knoll, directly at the sea (stairs lead to the private Beach) and all the apartments include terrace with tremendous views to the sea, almost every room in each apartment has a balcony with views to the sea.
