The quality of workmanship and finish is of a very high standard. The house is categorised for letting by the Croatian Tourist Board. Notes on accommodation
The house is recently refurbished, and is furnished to a high standard. Heated and air conditioned. Brand new fitted kitchen in 2007.
The lounge dining area is stunning with stone and plaster walls, open arch to brand new fitted kitchen, and beautiful stone staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom. The second bathroom is on the ground floor.

To the front of the house there are 2 terraces, one covered and one open, suitable for sun bathing. The patios are well fenced and safe for younger children to play on.
There is an outside dining table with seating for 6, and 2 sun loungers are provided. A barbeque is provided. There is a small sandpit and public play area 20 metres from the house.

Nearest beach is 5km. From the coastal road (4km) there are numerous side roads to quiet coastal havens and busy seaside towns.

A welcome pack collection of informative leaflets and local maps provides details of local bars, restaurants and attractions, including local beaches, cycle routes, walking trails. Mountain bike hire can be arranged in advance if required. Local diving and ski schools provide superb facilities for those who prefer water sports. Booking can be arranged.
