Villa Maris is located in the hilltop part of the old fishing port town of Vrsar. Visit weblink below for more photos. You are a 5 minute walk from either the secluded beaches on the north side of Vrsar or quaint harbour & water side facing cafes on the south side of Vrsar. Snug and cosy with a fabulous location in the heart of Vrsar by the sea best describes Villa Maris. This small villa will suit smaller groups of people: the young, the young at heart, artists, culturalists, historians, or small sized families with older children (4+ year olds). As you open the door the ground floor consists of a spiral staircase to your left, studio sized living / dining area in front and to the right a cooking area, wc & shower unit. Up the spiral staircase to the clean, tidy and nicely laid 1st floor (1 double bed and a single bed) and 2nd floor (1 double bed & 2 bunk beds). You truly have found an amazing port seaside town that you will want to return to again and again.
