"Far from the madding crowd" lies a small oasis of peace comprising self catering bungalows, a studio for two and an apartment, all set in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool (5.5m x 10.5m) and gardens. Bungalows, each with its own garden, have two small twin bedded rooms, lounge and dining area, kitchen corner with fridge and two ring gas cooker and shower/toilet. Table tennis is available in the garden and in the main building is a library and a bar. Each unit has a SAT TV and air conditioning and ample parking space available. The complex is situated in the village of Rovinjsko Selo, 6 km from Rovinj and the sea, which has a large supermarket, two pizzeria restaurants and bar. Breakfast is available on request and grill/barbeque evenings can be arranged. Our aim is to provide peace and relaxation in beautiful setting. We welcome you on any day of the week for any length of stay over two nights.

Accessibility
Bungalow number one (Smokva) has access for wheelchair to enter the bungalow and to access the pool area and grill area.
Outside
The pool is 10,5m x 5,5m. One end is 1m deep, suitable for children, and the other end is 2,2m deep.
Barbecue area is in front of the reception (20m from the bungalows). In reception one can change money, buy postage stamps, send a fax or e-mail, book excursions (special offer to our guests for Venice trip).
Coast/Beach
All water sports facilities such as water sking, boat hire, etc.) available in Rovinj, 6 km from the bungalows.
Golf
On the island of Brijuni. Accessible only by boat.

Tennis courts available near every hotel (about 6 km from bungalows). Horse riding 12 km. Rock climbing in the National Park of Rovinj...cycle hire and bicycle routes along the coast and inland.
