Criccieth self-catering holiday accommodation is set in a picturesque seaside resort in Gwynedd. Overlooking Tremadog bay, it’s a town with fascinating history and beautiful natural scenery. One famous landmark is Criccieth Castle, which dates to the 1200s and is famous for its dominating twin-towered Gatehouse. The beach is an essential attraction at Criccieth self-catering cottages with a sweeping sandy bay that is overlooked by the castle and can be enjoyed at any time of the year, but particularly on sunny summer afternoons. There is also a wonderful array of restaurants and pubs in close to Criccieth holiday homes, while in the summer the town is renowned for its ice cream – Cadwalader’s Ice Cream Shop is the place to go.

If you enjoy a game golf then there is an abundance of scenic courses within easy reach of self-catering accommodation in North Wales.
