Our villa is a unique two-acre paradise with awe-inspiring views, huge pool and hot tub, luscious gardens, fruit orchards, situated right on the rushing River Maipo, with its own private river beach and secluded picnic area, two beautiful houses with all luxury amenities. Private BBQ area
where typical Chilean BBQs can be arranged, as well as wine tastings, parties and unique weddings.
Coast/Beach
We are about 2 1/2 hours to the Pacific coast, where we have another outstanding property, "Villa Tunquen".
Skiing
We are located in the best Heli-Skiing Area in South America. We are associated with the best heli-skiing organization and can arrange the heli-skiing adventure of a lifetime! We are also 20 minutes from Lagunillas Ski centre, with 13 runs, 3 ski lifts and ski school.
Special interest holidays
For those interested in Chile's world-class wineries, we can arrange
wine tours, cooking courses, wine tastings and typical Chilean BBQ's.
We can also arrange trekking and horseback riding to the nearby "El Morado" national park, hot springs, fishing and birdwatching.
Our villa is located on the River Maipo, a Class IV rafting river and we can arrange rafting and kayaking trips.
Travel
Santiago International Airport is 1 1/4 hours.
Renting a car is advised, and if you want to go into the mountains, to the National Park or the Hot Springs, we recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
Distances
We are located in the village of San Alfonso, and about 10 minutes from San Jose de Maipo, where you can find supermarkets, banks etc.

We are located near many international restaurants.
We can arrange beautiful horseback trips into the Andes to see the condors, rafting on our Class Four Rafting River Maipo, trekking.

Sept, 2007: I don't know where to begin with your gorgeous home/property Puertazul. First, it was the perfect kind of comfort we needed Toyita made sure everything was ready and everything from cut flowers to setting the fire was perfect. Such a unique and beautiful place so beautifully landscaped and situated right on the river. We actually spent most of our time on the property with a few hikes up the hills or in to town, but the peace and quiet of the property was just what we were looking for for our retreat. I could go on and on. Everything was perfect and in most cases, beyond expectations.
