Lots of storage space in hallway and bedrooms. Fully furnished living/dining room and kitchen. Small distance from main tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and business centre. Superb facilities with apartment, swimming pool, fitness centre, washing/drying facilities, bbq area, parking space and rooftop view. There is also 24 hour management service. Changeover day
We are flexible with changovers because plane will arrive in the morning and leave in the evening.

Accessibility
The apartment is build according to latest regulations. It is wheelchair friendly to get into the building, there are elevators available and no step into the apartment.

Coast/Beach
Vina del Mar, most important beach in Chile, 1.5 hours driving by car.
Golf
Local golf course is less then 5km away. It is in La Rheina park.
Skiing
The ski season is usually from June and ends in October. It is considered a priveledged place, due to its beautifull landscape and the possibility to ski on excellent slopes in ski centres that count with the best infrastructure and facilities like: food, ski school and night activities among other services.
There are 4 skicentres around Santiago, La Parva which is 41 km away and is specialy for snowboard and heliski, El Colorado which is 39 km frm Santiago and offers restaurants and entertainment as well, Valle Nevado which is 60 km from Santiago and the most modern centre of the region, like snow park and the half pipe. Also heliski and heliboarding is possible as is snowboarding, paragliding and snowmobiles. Prices for adults are around 45US to 50 US a day.
Skiing in Santiago is different, people drive up the resort of choice in the morning and come down in the evening. At the apartment they get ready to enjoy the nightlife in centre or Providencia or Plaza Nunoa. Come and try!
Special interest holidays
We will help as much as possible for you to be able to see the city and country and explore your hobbies.
A little walk away are tennis courts, soccer pitches and big comunal swimming pool where you can also drink coffee/ tea and eat something.
The vineyard of Cousino Magul is very close and deserves a wine tasting visit.
In Patronato you can buy very cheap clothes and shoes.
Pueblo Dominico is a old Chilian village full of handycraft.
Santiago city centre is full of monuments and shops and only short distance away.
A little further away is Pomaire where a lot of handycraft and pottery can be seen and some beautiful traditional Chilean restaurants.
Vina Del Mar is a beach village and about little over 1 hour drive away.
Cajon Del Maipo is a beautifull area where you can spend a day in thermal bath's, parks in mountain beside a lake, wildwater rafting or skiing, or fishing or trekking on horses. It has amazing nature.

Ņuņoa (from Mapudungun Ņuņohue, "place of yellow flowers") is a commune of Chile located in Santiago Province, Santiago Metropolitan Region. Its inhabitants are primarily an established middle class, with some residents making up a part of the upper-middle class.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Ņuņoa boasts bustling public and private sector businesses and a public transportation system capable of reaching all parts of the municipality. Most of Ņuņoa's commercial activity is localized along the Irarrázaval Avenue, a 6-km road that runs across the entire municipality from east to west, and centered in Plaza Ņuņoa, an area colloquially known as "Ņuņork" (portmanteau of "Ņuņoa" and "New York") for its bohemian night life. Ņuņoa is also home to Chiles largest football stadium and to Santiagos only mosque.

Pucara 4826 is a fine location for a visit to Santiago. It is an easy ride on the metro or bus to Santiago Centro. The neighborhood itself offers a taste of the life of Santiago. The panaderia kitty corner to the apartment Pan y Miel, offers exceptionally tasty treats, including empanadas, and Italian fare such as lasagna and eggplant which you can take back to the apartment and enjoy in your own living room. The farmers market is charming. Dont forget to get some charcoal and ribeye steaks at the carneceria a few blocks south on Coventry and grill on the rooftop. The moonrise over the Andes to the east, and the lights of the Centro to the west are a stunning combination.
I first met Florus and Carolina over the net while surfing for a place to stay that was not over the top price wise in Santiago. The attention to detail in the apartment handbook is invaluable and if you don't speak Latin American Spanish like us, you need it so taxi drivers know where on Pucara you are.
