Charming, elegant and spacious, this villa exemplifies the Caribbean at its best. It is set on a bluff overlooking the sea with private access to the beach below, near to where the turtles swim. It is situated in a peaceful, private location on the popular west coast, which is convenient for shopping, golf and diving etc. Our housekeeper/cook, Ingrid, will spoil you! Outside is a wet bar with barbecue complemented by a plunge pool. Dining area with sun loungers. TV with cable, VCR, CD player. Fully air conditioned. 2 double king sized beds and 2 twins sleeping 6 people, all with en-suite facilities.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in UK Pounds. If a nightwatchman is needed then a further £100 per week would be required. Last minute bookings will get 25% discount ie 2 - 3 weeks before.
Changeover day
I would prefer a minimum stay of 7 days but this is negotiable.

Coast/Beach
Situated on the beautiful Alleyne Beach near to the famous Lone Star restaurant, with ideal snorkelling area. It is just 5 minutes from the shopping area of Holetown where the lovely Chattel Village is, where you will find duty free shopping.
Golf
Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane golf courses are only a short distance away.
Special interest holidays
Local diving school nearby. Glass bottom boat and swimming with the turtles can be arranged.
Travel
The airport is 40 minutes away, and we can arrange transfers (price not included).
Distances
Nearby Holetown is where the English first landed, and a large Barbadian community. The famous street party is held every Sunday evening which is a 'must' for every first time visitor. Also lots of good restaurants.

Booking notes
You will need to send a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee to confirm the reservation and payment of the remaining 75% together with a refundable deposit of £300 must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 30 days or less then full payment must be made to secure the booking.
