Notes on accommodation
On-site management is available 24 hours for assistance and in case of emergencies (separate staff cottage). Children welcome- younger children will need supervision in pool. Ask for any fruit in season from the grounds! Space to include full family from children to grandparents in comfort and seclusion.
Outside
Extensive tropical gardens and grounds, recently updated to a high standard. Featured for Barbados Horticultural Society.
To rear of property are the walled garden areas with mature trees and plants wrapping around the 30ft swimming pool and Jacuzzi with chairs/ sunloungers on pool deck by covered bar area with fridge. BBQ outside plantation house kitchen. Patio dining available in Plantation House and very separately behind Coach House. "Shade" garden adjacent to property with seating underneath a mature tree surrounded by shade-loving plants- selected spot for wedding ceremonies! By the gated entrance is a large lawned area for "amateur" crocquet. Gardens are supplemented by a 3-acre paddock with mature barbadian trees (magnificent specimen of mahogany), feature planting in shape of windmill, and coconut palms bordering a stream. Paddock gazebo with cooling breeze from coast. Fruit trees including lime, grapefruit, mango, Bajan cherry and tamarind.
Coast/Beach
Nearest coast is 2 minutes by car. Bottom Bay, famous photographic beach location, 5 minutes by car. Swimming at Crane Beach, 8-10 mins by car. Bath Beach 12-15 mins by car. South Coast beaches 15-20 mins by car.
Golf
Barbados Academy of Golf 20 minutes by car, available to public.

Grantley Adams International Airport is c. 20 minutes away by car. Car hire is essential and can be booked on your behalf prior to arrival.

Local amenities at Six Roads (bank, post office, supermarket, petrol station etc.) 10 minutes by car.
The capital, Bridgetown, is 30 minutes by car.
Nightlife at St Lawrence Gap, - 20 minutes.
South Coast shops, restaurants, Oistins fish fry - 25 minutes.
Beautiful east coast, Bathsheba - 30 minutes.
Further details
Local hotel, The Crane (10 minutes by car) is the best restaurant in the area, with L'Azure - Caribbean a la carte and Zen - the island's only authentic Japanese and Thai restaurant. Gospel Brunch is also held every Sunday.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings. The balance must be paid no less than 21 days prior to departure. A separate, refundable damages deposit is also payable. We currently only accept cash, UK cheques, bankers drafts or wire transfers.
