Exclusive $5 million villa. There are 5 golf courses on Grand Bahama Island. Two of the courses are within 8 minutes of Villa Freeport. The staff at the villa are both qualified chefs for 20 years and concentrate their time ensuring you have a relaxing, fabulous holiday. If you inform us of your group's likes and dislikes before arrival they will produce meals to suit your needs for your stay. If you are a fisherman, or want to learn, there are fabulous bone-fishing flats nearby. The house has appropriate fly-fishing tackle and permit for bonefish and there is a nearby beach which is stuffed full of bonefish. There is a private dock behind the villa where you can bring in a pleasure or fishing boat without leaving the villa! Snorkeling or scuba diving charters are available at one of the largest dive operations in the Caribbean. Two Casino's within 10 minutes of the villa.

Prices are for the property per person per night in UK pounds. The rates advertised are based on full occupancy on a 7 day rental for longer rentals please email us if we have the availability we may be able to offer a better rate. Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but we can be flexible and happy to accommodate in the quieter months.

All 7 bedrooms are large double bedrooms with large double beds. We are happy to change the beds over to twins. We also have cots available for babies. |

Master bedroom suite has full en-suite.
Guest bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom.
Guest bedroom 4 and 5 are downstairs with full en-suite.
Guest bedroom 5 also downstairs shares en-suite with bedroom 4.
Guest bedroom 7 has full en suite. |

Fully fitted kitchen with everything you could think of, but why would you want to know that? With the best 2 chefs available the only reason to head to the kitchen is to ask for more!!! |

For those who 'really' want to do washing and ironing while on holiday we have everything you need, but most of our guests find leaving the dirty clothes on the floor seems to work better!!! Great staff!! |

A great office and the property has wi fi. But the important special areas are the veranda and the best pool and diving pool on the Island or is it the great beach at the bottom of the garden. Or the greatest staff Or is it our in house maseur? |

Accessibility
The property is great for wheelchair access, but obviously the lawns and beach are a challenge.
Outside
Everything you would need or dream of is included outside. Yes the pool can be heated but there is an extra charge for this due to the cost.
Coast/Beach
Beach at the bottom of the garden and no hotels within walking distance so a very private beach. The water is shallow and warm, great for the children.
Golf
5 great golf courses with 2 courses within 10 mins of the house.
Special interest holidays
For those who like diving and scuba theses are the best Oceans for either. Michael one you chefs is a professional qualified diving instructor. For those who would like to charter a boat or yacht for a few days we can also arrange this. In fact you name it we arrange it!
Travel
Your driver will collect you from Freeport airport. Lots of places to explore so we are happy to arrange car hire for you if you would like to explore.
Distances
If you ask anyone in Freeport how long does it take to get to... The answer is always 10 mins why? Because that is how long it usually does take!!!

Booking notes
We are very popular having been in this business for 3 years now and have lots of repeat business so please do book early. We ask for a 20% deposit with booking and the balance 30 days before arrival.
