Villa Kiskadee has an open-plan sitting room with cable TV, DVD, telephone, CD/radio, internet access, well equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a shaded patio with additional seating, BBQ, utility room (with washing and drying facilities available for guests' use) and a private 30ft swimming pool. There is easy access to restaurants, beaches, shops, bank and the airport. The villa is spacious and air conditioned. To make your stay easier we can arrange collection (and drop off) from the airport so you don't have to find your own way to the villa. Our agents will give you an orientation of the villa and the island and also offer tours, fishing trips, snorkeling, rainforest walks, bird-watching etc. Our housekeeper will service the villa six days a week and we also now provide security in the evenings (between the hours of 6pm and midnight) for additional peace of mind. All these extras are included in our rates.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Arrival times are flexible to suit our visitors, but are dependent on availability. Checkout is at 11am on a changeover day and flexible on non changeover days.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Three large double bedrooms with ample storage. The master bedroom is en-suite and contains a safe for storing valuables. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. A hair dryer is also provided in the villa. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, containing a shower, WC and wash basin. The 2nd bathroom is shared by the other 2 bedrooms and also has a shower, WC and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The large open plan kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, American-style cooker and hob with a grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee percolator and blender. Local flavour home-cooked meals can be provided upon request. |
| Utility Room: | Large wash basin, tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is a washing line outside. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has 2 sofas and an armchair, around coffee tables. There is Cable TV, DVD, CD player/radio and phone. The lounge has ceiling fans. Twin patio doors open out onto the patio and pool area. Games, books and tour guides are also provided for guest use. |
| Other: | The villa has been created to be a home away from home, so there is ample storage, useful leaflets and a phone book of restaurants and recommended tour guides, car rentals and local attractions. Our manager can also recommend island activities and tours. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa has a dedicated housekeeper, 6 days a week. Linen and towels (inc pool towels) are provided and changed regularly. It is also possible to arrange babysitting and cooking via personal agreement with the house keeper. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very close to wonderful beaches, excellent areas for bird watching (including the garden!) and two championship golf courses. There are also a number of dive schools very close by. Cot and high chair are also available to hire. We can also recommend local discounted car hire for our guests, where car seats for infants are also available.
Accessibility
There is a step from the villa to the patio. Otherwise, the villa is on one level and spacious to allow movement around the villa for wheelchair users.
Outside
Mature, well maintained gardens with tropical planting including banana trees, exotic plants and bird feeders that attract many species of bird including hummingbirds. There is a private 30ft pool and covered patio area with seating, sun loungers and BBQ. The villa is privately contained in a secure gated compound and well lit at night for your peace of mind.
Coast/Beach
Some of Tobago's best beaches are within 10 minutes walking distance of the villa or just a short drive away. You can also watch birds at the marshland that is within 5 minutes walk of the villa. We have seen hundreds of different birds around the marsh and coastline.
Golf
The villa is within easy access to two championship golf courses on Tobago.
Special interest holidays
The rainforest is famous as the oldest protected rainforest in the western hemisphere and hosts a vast range of birds and wildlife. You may also wish to see what the seas have to offer by going snorkelling or diving. During your stay you can also try your hand at deep-sea fishing, watch turtles nesting (depending on when you visit), go sailing or play a round of golf. You may also wish to tie your trip in with one of Tobago's many events –Carnival, Sail week, Great Fete or the Crab and Goat races. Luise Kimme also has a stunning museum of her bronze and carved wooden sculptures for those wishing to expand their cultural horizons. The island also offers a great deal of interest historically - with many forts and the local museum just 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Crown Point airport is less than 5 minutes drive away. Airport collection can be arranged and we can also provide details of reliable car/jeep/motorcycle hire. There are island maps and tour guides within the villa to help you plan your stay. The ferry port is at Scarborough, which is about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Distances
Shops, bars and some of Tobago's best restaurants are within a 5 minute walk of the villa. There are also a number of internet cafes, a bank, ATMs and supermarkets/fruit and veg stalls in walking distance or less than 5 mins in a car.

Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required upon booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before departure. Payment is required via bank transfer or sterling cheque.
