Sunset Reef Villa is located just 100 metres from the Grafton beach with fantastic sea views and incredible sunsets. It is only 20 minutes drive from the airport. The Gazebo provides outside dining for at least 8 people where you can dine with the sounds of the sea. Set in its own grounds with private swimming pool, barbeque pit, banana trees, mangos, advocados and tropical bird life. The poolside lounge leads through to the dining room with seating for 6 people. Some of the best restaurants are with a 5 minute drive from the villa. The Sea Horse restaurant is on the beach next door but one to the villa.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size double bed. Bedroom 2 with queen size double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with twin beds. TV room with double sofa bed. All the bedrooms and the TV. lounge are air-conditioned. We have one crib/cot and high chair. |
| Bathrooms: | All 4 main bedrooms are en suite bathrooms, three have baths with overhead Showers and the fourth has a shower. We also have an outside Pool Shower (Red Telephone Box!) and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crookery, glass ware, plastic pool glasses and utensils, catering for 12 people. |
| Utility Room: | Commercial washing machine top loader. Commercial drying machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Dining room is equipped with a rattan dining table for seating 6 people, the main windows open up onto the gazebo dining Area where we have seating for 8 / 10 people. The lounge looks out to the Swimming Pool and has rattan furniture. |
| Other: | The air conditioned cable TV room leads off from the main lounge and has seating for 8 people and a double sofa bed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen, house, pool and tea towels are provided for. We have a maid service 5 mornings a week, she will undertake all the villa cleaning, washing, ironing, and bed changing. |

Wheelchair access to the villa is via one step and we do have one bedroom on the ground floor.

The Villa is located in it's own Private spacious grounds 750 sqm. The private swimming pool is 10.5x 3m. We have a Gas Barbecue and Serving area. The gazebo has seating for 8 / 10 people overhead fan and outside sockets. We have 6 sun loungers, 4 pool side chairs, and 12 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The Grafton Beach is just 100 metres, one minutes walk from the villa.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 5 minutes drive away The Mount Urvine.
The Hilton golf course is a 15 minute drive away.

The Scuba Diving is some of the Best in the World with fantastic Reef's and the odd wreck to visit.
Travel
The international airport, Crown Point, is just a 20 minute drive from the villa.

Booking notes
Booking can be made by email and payments made by Cheque, Credit Card or Bank Transfers. A 30% booking fee is payable to confirm the booking and the 70% balance required for payment 60 days prior to the arrival date. Minimum booking period is 5 nights.
