Close to the Sheraton Centre, shopping and food hall also containing a six screen cinema and a bank. Local beaches, beautiful white sands with calm water, Worthing and Dover are five minutes drive away. The house makes a great base for guests, seeking their own entertainment and eating out around Barbados. St Lawrence Gap offers night life and restaurants, just five minutes drive away.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, but guests must provide their own beach towels. There is a maid service once a week, for changing linen/towels and cleaning. Extra towels and linen can be found in the walk through closet leading onto the main bathroom. |

Beautiful wood flooring throughout the house and fans are in every room. The house is also suitable for children.

Outside
The house has a large 'L'shaped veranda, with lounger, table and chairs. There is secure access via main entrance gate, leading down a private driveway where there is a garage. To the west and East elevation there are flower beds and to the south there are an assortment of palm trees and shrubbery, set in a small lawn area. The house is surrounded by secure fencing for privacy and peace of mind.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches, Worthing and Dover are five minutes drive away. Beautiful white sands with calm water, ideal for families with children. These beaches are good for windsurfing and at the house we also have windsurfing boards available should guests require this. There are wc facilities at the beach, as well as lounger-seat hire, a beach bar and various water-sport activities.
Golf
Rockley golf club is just 1 mile away and Barbados Golf Club is only 2 miles away. We have free golf equipment available should guests require it.
Travel
Grantley Adams Airport is 15 minutes drive away, we offer a pick-up and drop off service.
We do recommend that guests arrange car hire, as there is so much to see and do on the Island, it is not a good idea to walk too far in the heat. Please ask if you would like us to recommend any car hire companies and make sure you pack your driving licence (it is required to register for a Barbados licence).
Distances
Two minutes walk to the Sheraton Centre, shopping & food hall also containing a six screen cinema and a bank. The food hall has a selection of local and international dishes. There is a pharmacy in J.B's supermarket which is a five minutes walk away.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the booking date. Customer will receive confirmation of booking on receipt of deposit. For late bookings (three weeks before) the full balance must be received to secure the booking. A refundable security deposit of (BD) $150 will be required on arrival at the property.
